Having graduated from university with an honors degree in physical education back in 1997, I have since been working in the health and fitness industry and expanding my knowledge of complementary therapies.
Having spent a few years in local fitness clubs teaching group exercise, I made the decision to concentrate on a more holistic, one to one approach, providing a range of treatments that were specifically selected according to an individual's needs and well being.
Working from my own home in West Norwood,London SE27, and around the South London area, I pride myself on offering a professional, confidential and friendly service.
I offer a wide range of complementary therapies, pilates and personal training, details of which you will find on other pages of this website.
In addition to private clients, I currently visit corporate companies offering a range of specially adapted on-site treatments to combat job related injuries and stress.
I am fully insured and abide by a strict code of practice issued by The Complementary Therapists Association,GRCCT and the International Federation of Reflexologists which of all these I am a full member of and a listed therapist.
